STACK will be providing an alternative for physical education during the COVID 19 school year.

Offered Monday Wednesday and Friday for 1 hour, in 4-week increments.

No-contact temperature checks each session, Hand-wash and sanitizer protocol each session, Strict and continuous sanitation of equipment.

For Middle and High School students looking to continue physical development!

This program will help to increase the physical competence, health-related fitness, self-responsibility, and enjoyment of physical activity for all students so that they can be physically active for a lifetime.

Structured training sessions emphasizing Strength, Speed, and Athletic development. PE teaches the necessary knowledge and skills for working with and relating to others and provides the learning opportunities to develop these skills.

It enables the development of leadership and teamwork skills and encourages students to transfer knowledge to other learning areas
